Available Export Formats

After correction, export your transcript in the format that best fits your workflow. All formats include full speaker attribution and timestamps.

The most universal format. Suitable for quick processing or archiving. Contains the plain text with speaker attribution and optional timestamps.

DOCX — Microsoft Word

Ideal for sharing with colleagues or integrating into existing documents. The Word file contains formatted speaker blocks and can be edited further.

JSON — Structured Data

The JSON format includes all metadata alongside the text: word-level timestamps, confidence values, and speaker attribution. Perfect for machine processing or integration with other systems.

Markdown — MD

Structured text in Markdown format, suitable for documentation systems, wikis, or version control.
